The 6-year MBBS program at SAMSMU is structured into three phases, progressively building from basic sciences to full clinical practice.

- Valid NEET UG qualification scorecard (required for clinical validation eligibility in India)
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) in 10+2 examinations
- Minimum age parameter of 17 years completed on or before December 31st of the enrolling session
- Valid Indian Passport with a minimum remaining validity of 18 months at the time of processing
