Admissions & Counselling
Education Counsellor
Noida (HQ) / Delhi NCR Full-Time Experience: 1 - 4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- •Conduct expert face-to-face and telephonic counselling sessions with students and parents.
- •Understand student requirements, financial budgets, and suggest appropriate universities.
- •Ensure end-to-end follow-up with leads and guide them to secure admissions.
- •Provide precise information regarding NMC guidelines, university details, and visa procedures.
- •Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth documentation and processing.
Requirements:
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi).
- •Prior experience in MBBS Abroad/Overseas Education Counselling is highly preferred.
- •Goal-oriented mindset with high empathy for students and parents.
- •Basic computer proficiency (CRM, Google Sheets, email).
- •Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in any stream.
