Established in 1954, Altai State Medical University (ASMU) is one of the leading medical universities in the West Siberian region of Russia. Located in the beautiful city of Barnaul, it offers an economical yet highly respected MBBS program.

Curriculum
The 6-year MBBS program at ASMU is structured into three phases, progressively building from basic sciences to full clinical practice.

Teaching Medium
All lectures, textbooks, practicals and examinations are conducted in English. A language course is included in Year 1 to help students communicate with patients during clinical rotations, but it is not a barrier to learning medicine.
